SWAT Clear Fly Repellent Ointment
When your pet needs fly resistance around wounds or other body areas, use the Farnam Swat Clear Fly Repellent Ointment, which is designed as a clear ointment to repel a variety of flies, including house, face, stable and horn flies. Whether your pet has fragile wounds or you notice many flies around their head or face, give them the fly repellent ointment to promote safe, proper healing and improve comfort. Use this ointment in ponies and horses, as well as pups over 12 weeks of age. Includes 7 oz. of clear insect repellent ointment in a jar.
How it Works
This product contains pyrethrins, which are part of an organic compound class typically sourced from Chrysanthemum cinerariifolium. By targeting the insect's nervous system, these ingredients boast powerful insecticidal action.

- Ideal for use near wounds, abrasions, sores and scratches
- Repels house, face, stable and horn flies from sensitive areas, including wounds, the face or head, to promote proper healing
- Formulated for use with ponies, horses and dogs ages 12 weeks and older
- Made with the following ingredients: Di-n-propyl Isocinchomeronate, Piperonyl Butoxide and Pyrethrins
- Includes 7 oz. of clear fly repellent ointment in a jar
- Take care not to contaminate any sources of water when disposing of rinsate or equipment wash water.
- Never apply in intertidal areas below the mean high mark, areas in which surface water exists, or directly into water.
- Toxic to invertebrates, fish, and other aquatic organisms.
- This product can cause aspiration pneumonia.
- This product contains petroleum distillate.
- Thoroughly wash hands using soap and water immediately following use.
- Use sparingly near ears.
- Never apply around mouth or eyes.
- Not for use in foals or horses intended for food slaughter.
- Any pesticide can cause sensitivity in animals. If you observe such a symptom, wash the application area using mild soap, then rinse with plenty of water. If symptoms persist, seek emergency veterinary attention.
- During use, wear socks, shoes, long pants, and a long-sleeved shirt. After handling, thoroughly wash hands using soap and water prior to using the bathroom, using tobacco, chewing gum, drinking, or eating.
- Not for use in humans.
- Keep out of reach of animals and children.
